The apartment was completely renewed in April 2019. The interior was made from regional solid wood. The 3 bedrooms are carpeted. One bedroom has a separate bathroom and toilet. In another there is an additional single bed. The cozy kitchen has a sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

The Grünholz snack station with its spacious holiday apartments is in a quiet location on the sunny plateau of Itter, in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, and right next to the practice lift of the Wilder-Kaiser Brixental ski area. The special Tyrolean charm, coupled with a high level of comfort and various sports facilities make Grünholz a perfect vacation home for families, sports enthusiasts and guests looking for relaxation.

Einfacher top, sehr geeignet für Familien.

Es war sehr schon in Itter und wir wären sehr gerne noch etwas länger geblieben. Simone die Vermieterin war sehr nett und herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Idyllische Ferienwohnung

Im Februar war ich zum Ski fahren mit ein paar Freunden am Wilden Kaiser und wir haben uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Es war ein rundum gutes Erlebnis. Die Wohnung liegt am Berg und die Talstation lässt sich mit dem Auto in Kürze erreichen (sollte der Lift nebenan nicht defekt sein, kann man ggf sogar auf Skiern zur Talstation). Nach dem Ski fahren kann man direkt zur Unterkunft abfahren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Kühe, Kälber, einen zutraulichen Wachhund und eine Katze. Der Urlaub und die Unterkunft waren rundum perfekt! Vielen Dank!
