It offers a large living room with high-quality equipment - 50 inch TV, DVD player, music system, game console, electric fireplace, leather couch and relaxation armchair.

In the adjoining fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to realize your own cooking ideas.

On the lower floor you will find a large bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are the 4 bedrooms (1 of them air-conditioned) and another bathroom.

From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands.
On the terrace, which is not visible, there is a grill fireplace for cozy evenings. From the terrace you enter the sauna, where you can relax undisturbed at any time.

In a few minutes you can reach Lake Ibra, where you can swim and fish. In summer you can also use the water ski facility.
