Der Besitzer des Hauses hat uns super empfangen. Dieser wohnt direkt nebenan. Wenn wir etwas hatten, war er direkt für uns da. Er pflegt regelmäßig den Pool und die Gartenanlage. Es ist alles im Top Zustand. Besten Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft Dragan

Wir waren nun schon mehrfach in Kroatien und hatten hierbei die verschiedensten Häuser gemietet. Enttäuscht wurden wir nie aber diesmal war tatsächlich alles perfekt! Tolle, moderne Ausstattung des Hauses und alles, was man benötigt, war vorhanden. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, der Wohnbereich war gemütlich und die Schlafzimmer inkl. jeweiligem Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig. Alles top und der Beschreibung sowie den Bildern entsprechend. Der Außenbereich war auch sehr schön und lud mit dem Pool und beiden Terrassen zum entspannen ein. Zudem hatte man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Waldgebiete. Es war auch super, dass es eine Garage für unser Auto gab. Das Haus verfügt zudem über eine bemerkenswerte Sauna.

Das Haus verfügt zudem über eine bemerkenswerte Sauna, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben.In den Ort Barbariga gelangt man mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten. Dort befinden sich 4 Restaurants, ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt und einige, kleinere Läden. Durch die zentrale Lage gelangt man jedoch mit dem Auto recht schnell nach Bale und Rovinji auf der einen und Fazana, Peroj und Pula auf der anderen Seite. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Grundstück nebenan und ist sehr freundlich sowie aufmerksam. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort gelöst und wir bekamen sogar frische Eier von eigenen Hühnern und fast täglich frisch geerntete Feigen. Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst und wir haben uns wahnsinnig gut erholt. Dieses Objekt können wir einfach nur jedem bedenkenlos empfehlen, der Ruhe und Entspannung in tollem Ambiente sucht.

Wunderbare weiße Villa!

Wir haben 5 tolle Tage und Nächte in diesem schönen und rundum gepflegten Haus verbracht. Es ist alles genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben - es fehlt absolut an nichts! Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung, z.B. in den Nationalpark Brijuni. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr Gastfreundluche Vermieterfamile und auch kleine Gesten und Hilfe und Informationen vor Ort waren Top, 5 Sterne. Negativ Stechmücken, dazu kann aber keiner was in der Region.
