Come enjoy your stay at the Terrace in downtown Sioux Falls! This newly remodeled home has three bedrooms with new queen sized beds and a queen size pullout couch, to accommodate up to 8 guests.

This home is centrally located in Sioux Falls to ensure that you are close to many attractions. Adventurous? You’ll be a mile from downtown for delicious restaurants, our famous statue walk and beautiful Falls Park. This house is also blocks away from the expansive Terrace Park/pool and unique Japanese Gardens. Concert goer? You’ll be a mile walk from the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Here to visit your college student/graduate? You’ll be blocks away from both Augustana and USF! Also, conveniently located near all major medical centers: Sanford Health, Avera, and The Veterans Hospital.

Experience all of the amenities we have to offer including a fully equipped kitchen, large living areas with an open concept, and single stall garage with additional street parking.

What a great house in a great location. Myself and 2 other adults stayed and we each had our own space - which we appreciated very much. Most importantly- we ALL loved the house!! Its friendly atmosphere and higher end appliances and finishes were welcoming. BTW - The downstairs shower was amazing!! The host’s communication were excellent.Highly recommend!!!
