Kids will escape downstairs to a game room any age would love. This house sleeps 6 adults (3 rooms upstairs) and 6 kids in the downstairs bunk beds. Right down the road is Serenbe with some of the best restaurants and activities for the family.

Birthday Weekend

Beautiful property back in the trees with walking trails and deer. The downstairs was a child’s paradise with the games and the bunk beds. Plenty to keep your family entertained. Perfect location to get away from the city especially with Serenbe just down the street. We all had a great time and look forward to repeat stays!

The home was just as it was listed. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. The beds in the main rooms were very comfy. We had some young adults in our group, they hung out in the lower level and it was nice for them to have a separate area to hang out in. I would have given 5 stars but the water pressure in the master was very low and the young adults preferred the couches over the bunk beds. The home was very cold when we arrived an

Thank you for your response. The home was set on 68. We have smart thermostats and when no activity is detected it sets to ECO. As for the water pressure you had way over the maximum amount of guest allowed per city ordinance and Georgia has a flow rate restriction (see below). If multiple showers and facets are going the flow will be a lot slower upstairs. This is why we only allow the amount of guests listed on our VRBO page. Unfortunately, you did not follow our listing rules and had over the amount and hosted a large party. Georgia law (Georgia Code § 8‑2‑3) the state sets “high-efficiency plumbing fixture” requirements including maximum flows:     •    A shower head may allow a flow of no more than 2.5 gallons per minute (gpm) at 60 psi.

Quiet getaway

Property was just as listed. Had a spot for everyone with the master on the upper level, 2 bedrooms on the main level and then the bunk room in the basement - worked perfect giving everyone their own space. Property was super clean as well. Even enjoyed the outside fire pit during the cool evening - great spot - would definitely stay again.
