Great location in the heart of Islamorada! Layout of the house with the apartment below worked perfect for our 2 families. We utilized the boat slip in the marina which was a short walk from the house (you can drive there too!). Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to all the local spots!

My husband & I stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor & my son & grandsons stayed upstairs in the 3 bedroom/2 bath upstairs unit. It was absolutely perfect, since they like to get up at 5 AM to go fishing. We never heard them. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, convenient to grest restaurants. The house was very clean & we would highly recommend for families. I have mobility issues, so not having to deal with entrance stairs was so nice.

House was as advertised host was on top of everything, pool was the biggest we have ever had in the Keys and the pool got full sun after 11:15.Neighborhood is great and location to our favorite spots, the OV and Hog Heaven.We would absolutely rent again!!

Problems with the A/CReally cheap furnishings, decorations, just not well done. Cheapest cookware possible that is very long past its useful life.

Nice family vacation

This home and neighborhood is the perfect get away. The rooms are large and the pool area is amazing. The downstairs kitchen area is a plus as well. Plenty of seating, eating areas and comfy beds ! The property owner is very helpful ! We will be back again.

Great Stay in the Keys

It was a gorgeous house with plenty of space and a great kitchen. The pool is nice, the location is convenient. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. I have absolutely no complaints, everything was lovely!

Spring Break

The Perfect Getaway truly was all we expected. A great location to be able to see the sights of the Florida Keys with a relaxing pool and hot tub allowing for relaxed afternoons. We had a great time and would definitely consider another stay in the future.

Great stay

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 with two adult children and two pre-teen/teen children. We rented a boat, fished most of the week, and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each night. Walking distance to the marina and our boat rental. Everything went great.

Great Place for Family

We enjoyed the stay so much! The home owner was on top of everything and responded immediately if we needed anything! The location was perfect for all we wanted to do and we felt safe in the neighborhood! We had a 5 year old an a 6 month old with us and they were able to enjoy the swimming pool, as were the adults! It was a wonderful home and vacation for all of us!! We would DEFINITELY book this home again!!

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay and Arlene was amazing. We had a great time fishing and getting lobsters. Coming back to this property to relax was perfect. Beds were super comfortable. The only problem is our vacation is over already. Thank you Arlene❤️

Perfect Getaway

The manger was very friendly and made sure everything was ready for us on arrival. Please was lovely and the community was clean and quiet. It puts you in a great area to get around the whole keys. Would highly recommend for the perfect getaway. Will go back when I go to the keys.

Paradise

The home was fantastic. We loved having the Apartment downstairs with the three rooms upstairs. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room. The pool was fantastic along with the hot tub. You won’t go wrong renting this paradise property.

Husband’s 50th bday

This house was amazing. Everything was there that we needed. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and work with. Our week there was so much fun!

Great location and boat slip

Our group (3 couples) had a great week at this rental. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat after a day on the boat. Boat slip was great with water and electricity. Water pressure wasn’t the best but otherwise things were good. Arlene was great and very responsive when we had questions.

Nice rental with a few issues. Owner was very responsive even at 3am when the fire alarm went off.

Some unavoidable issues line construction at neighboring house and toilet running, but overall very pleasant stay.

John, it was a pleasure having you and your family vacation in our home. Sorry about the smoke alarm going off. We had passed our fire inspection that morning and they were reset by the fire inspector in order to test them. The battery moved slightly and that caused for one detector to loose full contact As a result, all detectors go off. I am glad we were able to resolve it right away.... Sorry for the scare. I was aware of the neighbor across the street was remodeling their home. I apologize if they caused any noise or may have disrupted your stay. I am glad that you enjoyed our home.
