Our Villa Marianna is located on the Croatian coast in Kaštel Lukšić in the first row by the sea.

The stylish house offers 8 apartments with upscale furnishings. All apartments have a balcony with sea view, modern bathroom, modern kitchen, air conditioning, TV / satellite and WiFi. It is only a 95 m walk to the beach.

The promenade is very busy in the high season and there is a beach bar about 100 m away, where live music is sometimes played in the evenings.
Sometimes there is a little hype on the beach.

Split Airport is only 5.4 km away, which has the great advantage of arrival and departure. Depending on the wind direction, however, it may be that planes fly over the house and can be heard.
