Loved it

The kitchen was well equipped, perfect layout for two families. Location of the property is awesome. You can reach your surroundings in no-time and still you can enjoy a secluded mountain home. Home was clean and very well updated.

Beautiful place close to Boone and App State University!

I can't say enough great things about this property and owner. The house was recently updated and it is beautiful! It is hard to find a rental with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so it suited our needs perfectly. Communication was great and the owner even went above and beyond and supplied goodies for our college graduate! We will definitely recommend this place to others and will rent again should the need arise. Thank you, Donna, for making our trip even more special!

Excellent location to visit the area. Property looks brand new and it was equipped with new high end appliances, grill, patio furniture, etc. we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.
