The Ferienhaus Heimhof offers you 5 lovingly furnished holiday apartments that invite you to relax and linger. Our apartments are named after well-known mountains around the Heimhof: Alpspitze, Waxenstein, Kreuzeck, Daniel and Wank.

Dear guests... We would be pleased if you would give a moment of your attention to our house, which has been at the foot of the Alpspitze since 1926. As the only house in the village, you can reach all ski and hiking areas, including the Zugspitze, and local cross-country ski trails, from your holiday apartment, on foot in just a few minutes.

The apartment "Kreuzeck" is lovingly Bavarian furnished, has a balcony and a beautiful balcony towards meadows and forest. The last renovation was in 2024!!

We operate an innovative heating system with combined heat and power plant and PV system to produce sustainable green electricity.

We are pleased to offer you only an 11 KW Wall Box to charge your E car!!

NEW: Garden sauna for 2 - 3 people, exclusively for you, wellness garden, (where you can enjoy the mountain view), plunge pool and outdoor shower!!

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is surrounded by a fascinating nature of the Upper Bavarian foothills of the Alps, with its picturesque lake and moorland landscapes, its mountains and its Alpine culture. For every holidaymaker, there are many opportunities to experience unforgettable moments, especially in the village and surroundings.

Eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung in einer idyllischen Gegend mit einem großen Balkon, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft am Rand von Garmisch

Und hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war ortstypisch gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zwar direkt an der Kreuzeckbahn-Talstation, aber man bekommt davon so gut wie nichts mit. Dafür ist es ruhig und man kann abends nochmal ne kleine Runde gehen. Der Blick auf die Zugspitze hat schon was :-)

Cozy and Comfortable House in Perfect Location

We stayed at Ferienhaua Heimhof for 4 nights. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen helped us save money by making our own meals, and the room was very comfortable. The hosts are pet friendly and our dog enjoyed herself too. This house is close to many walking trails, which was great for the dog too, with many beautiful views! The location could not be any better, it is very close to many attractions. Finally, the hostess was very kind, flexible with our late check in, and responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend anyone to stay here, and we will be back again in the future!

Wunderschön eingerichtet, es wurde nichts vermisst. Perfekte Lage der Unterkunft für den Wintersport, jedoch ein Stückchen weg von Garmisch / Grainau mit Versorgungseinrichtungen und Gastro / Kultur. War aber vor Buchung klar. Sehr gute und nette Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wunderschöne Wohnung, perfekte Lage!

Einfach ein toller Urlaub. Supernette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wunderschön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung mir vielen schönen Details. Die Lage ist perfekt für Skifahrer und Wanderer, direkt am Berg und der Gondel gelegen. Sehr ruhig, wie kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder!
