About this property

Large country house near the Baltic Sea, between Anklam and Wolgast near Usedom. Lovingly restored by us and modernly and newly equipped in 2019 with many new extras.

Large modern refrigerator (228 L) with freezer (111 L). Modern heating, new furniture in the living and dining room, extra fridge for drinks. You can celebrate cooking events in two very well-equipped kitchens.

Here you will find a large kitchen table that seats 8 people for a comprehensive breakfast. The house is particularly suitable for larger groups with babies and / or dogs.

The farm has been modernized. We offer you a quiet accommodation, far away from all tourist hustle and bustle. Located close to the forest, they use the house alone with 4 bedrooms for six people, additional beds can be set up.

A newly furnished very cozy dining room for eight people and a TV room as well as a bathroom with tub and daylight complete the picture.

With us in the country house you can let your mind wander and find yourself in nature again. The proximity to Usedom can already be felt. It takes about 35 minutes by car to the open sea on Usedom. From Buggow you reach Wolgast on the coast of Usedom, here you will find the well-known seaside resorts of Zinnowitz, Trassenheide, Karlshagen, Peenemünde, Koserow, Ahlbeck Heringsdorf.

Very close to us is the city of Lassan (distance 10 km), which is located directly on the backwaters of Usedom opposite Zinnowitz. In Lassan you will find a small marina and a nice restaurant, the arable farming.

An insider tip for swimming is the place Lubmin on the Greifswalder Bodden. Here you will find many quiet places to relax. About 30 minutes by car from us.

After Anklam and Wolgast for the daily supply it is about 15 km each.

Greifswald is about 45 minutes away by car. Here you will find numerous sights and museums as well as good shopping opportunities. The Greifswald Museum Harbor is particularly recommended. From Greifswald you can take wonderful tours over the Greifswalder Bodden by boat.

After a day on the beach and swimming you can relax on our terrace with a glass of wine. In the large garden there are numerous fruit trees that provide shade in summer.

We offer you a grill and new comfortable garden loungers as well as a garden table with 6 seats for the outside area. Other tables, chairs, loungers are available.

The entire property is approximately 1 hectare in size and offers plenty of opportunities for dogs to run. But there is also plenty of space for children to romp around.

They use the house alone, no other guests or private use while they are there. Parking on the property available.

sehr erholsam

Das Haus hält, was es verspricht. Die alten Gemäuer heizen sich nicht so schnell auf. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich breit gefächert. Allerdings bedarf es manchmal einer Suche, da alles gut verteilt ist. In der zweiten Hälfte des Aufenthaltes war es relativ kühl. Diese Wohnung ist die wirklich allererste, in der in einem solchen Fall die Heizung funktioniert. Es gab keine Überraschungen bezüglich Ruhestörungen u.ä. Mann sollte aber wissen, dass man an einer Straße wohnt, die jedoch nachts wenig bzw. nicht befahren wird.

Rural idyll

A very cosy old rural house, nicely renovated without loosing the charm and a very idylic garden. Located in a small town but looking out over fields and forrest. Only think we missed, but could live without nicely, was a microwave oven. Can only recomend it.

Ruhe und trotzdem viel möglich!

Ein sauberes und liebevoll saniertes altes Landarbeiter-Haus. Sehr großzügiges Grundstück. Usedom, Wolgast, Greifswald, Anklam … alles gut erreichbar. Ein Geheimtipp ist der Buggower See mit einer ruhigen Badestelle. Das Haus bleibt auch an sehr heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Etwas einstellen muss man sich bei den alltäglichen Abläufen in der Küche. Wir waren gern in Buggow! Und DANKE, dass alles unkompliziert geklappt hat!

Genau richtig für Familienurlaub

Wir waren im Juni 2022 für 7 Tage mit 6 Erwachsenen, zwei Hunden und einem Säugling auf dem Apfelhof. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub dort sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus findet man alles vor, was man für einen Selbstverpfleger-Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus selber ist schön groß, sodass man sich auch mit vielen Leuten gut verteilen konnte. Am besten gefallen hat uns aber das riesige, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück uns Haus herum, dieses war optimal zum draußen Ballspiele aller Art zu spielen und natürlich auch für die Hunde zum rennen. Der Ortsteil Buggow in dem das Haus liegt und die umliegenden Dörfer sind etwas ab vom Schuss, sodass es fast notwendig ist, ein Auto dabei zu haben, da man sonst ewig zu Fuß laufen muss um Einkäufe zu erliegen oder etwas zu erleben. Zum Einkaufen eignet sich am besten der 15-Autominuten entfernte Ort Anklam, hier gibt es im Gewerbegebiet so ziemlich alle Läden die man benötigt an einem Ort. In etwa 30-Autominuten ist man vom Ferienhaus aus am Meer, es gibt hier viele schöne (Hunde-)Strände. Überhaupt ist man, wenn man Natur und Ruhe mag hier genau richtig. Man hat im Ferienhaus das Gefühl, dass man alleine im ganzen Dorf ist, wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts weder Nachbarn gesehen noch gehört. Man konnte also auch mal am Abend gerne lange draußen sitzen oder noch Ballspielen ohne das man jemand stört. Einzig die ortsansässigen Hunde in der näheren Nachbarschaft waren etwas nervig, da diese jede Nacht ab 01:00 für etwa 1,5 Stunden ein Bell-Konzert veranstaltet haben. Schlafen bei offenem Fenstern war so fast nicht möglich. Der Check-In lief problemlos ab, wir haben den Schlüssel direkt am vorab ausgemachten Ort gefunden. Was hierbei allerdings zu bemängeln ist, ist dass die Einfahrt zum Haus, bzw. das Haus selbst nicht auffällig gekennzeichnet ist, sodass wir erst suchen mussten welches Haus es ist, weil auch keine Hausnummer sichtbar war. Außerdem liegt die Hofeinfahrt sehr ungünstig in einer schlecht einsehbaren Kurve gelegen, hier kann es aufgrund der schnell fahrenden Autos zu brenzligen Situationen kommen wenn man nicht gut aufpasst. Vermisst haben wir im Haus nur einige Kleinigkeiten wie z.B.: - einen Sonnenschirm für draußen - einen großen Spiegel, in dem man sich komplett sieht - eine Möglichkeit die Duschbrause an der Wand aufzuhängen, sowie einen etwas längeren Brausenschlauch, da man mit 1,80 Körpergröße Probleme hatte stehend zu duschen weil der Schlauch zu kurz war.

Herbsterholung auf dem Apfelhof

Wir waren im September mit 5 Personen (27-82 J.) + Hund (1 J.) auf dem Apfelhof. Die Lage war für uns optimal: tagsüber Usedom, Lubmin & Anklam in Schlagweite & übernachten fernab allen Trubels. Der nahe Wald (mit See) lädt zu Wandern und/oder spazieren gehen ein (September war natürlich Pilzsaison). Toll fanden wir die sehr üppig und liebevoll eingerichtete Küche, der Hund den umzäunten Auslauf und generell das entspannende Ambiente. Tipp für Fischliebhaber: In Hohendorf (Richtung Wolgast, kurz vor B111) befindet sich rechts im Gewerbegebiet der Fischhandel von Frank Birnbaum & Fred Kruse. Top, ob frisch oder geräuchert. Wir sagen Danke und viel Erfolg weiterhin mit dem Apfelhof.
