Bel appartement proche du port de Fréjus, des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage (800m), dans résidence sécurisée donnant sur jardin au calme, avec garage. Logement fonctionnel pour 2 personnes avec salle de bain et toilettes séparés, grande chambre et grand lit. Jolie terrasse spacieuse. Bien équipé pour un séjour de vacance. Pas d'inventaire à l'arrivée et au départ donc confiance dans les locataires. Bonne connexion wifi et télé multi chaines.
