Who can resist mesmerizing views of turquoise waves? From the couch, master bedroom or the balcony, these Gulf views are all yours! Located on the third floor, this 2300 square-foot end unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Head downstairs for a dip in the pool, or to the private beach access!

Tide Lines boasts an open kitchen and large bar opening to the living area makes for fun evenings cooking with the whole gang. Fully-equipped with everything the home chef needs. After grabbing a drink, everyone can easily access the balcony and find a seat to enjoy a beverage and sunset.

Property was as described. Beatitful view and easy bike ride/walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We had a few lilttle hiccups at start with the coffee maker and AC unit but they quickly got it resolved. I would recommend packing some supplies like coffee filters, salt/pepper etc as there is none of this in the unit; however there are plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. We would definitely rent here again .

Fantastic Beach Front Getaway

I highly recommend this ocean front condo. It was perfect for a family reunion with spacious bedrooms and three full baths. It has one of the best views around and was very clean with tasteful decor. We hope to come back!

I have been going to Seagrove for almost 20 years and this was the best place to stay in and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The views were fabulous and the kids could bike to Seaside easily. The week went by way too fast and we wished we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is right across the street from the gas station so noise was a bit of an issue. The condo is very nice and has great views of the gulf. The location is also in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Wonderful vacation

We so enjoyed our time here! Everything was clean, nice, convenient and had plenty of space for us all. The views from the balcony were amazing and we enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. Parking was easy. Never felt crowded around our building even though I know the area was very busy this time of year. We’ve stayed in multiple properties throughout the Destin area and we all said this was our favorite.

The view! This condo has a wonderful view, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The condo was clean, recently redone, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The location is a mile from Seaside. It's too bad the master is excessively large compared to the other bedrooms but other than that, this a perfect find for two families to share. We loved it!

Very fast and thorough communication with the property manager. The location was perfect. Within short bike trip to Seaside and Watercolor. Several good restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The views from the spacious balcony are breathtaking. Perfect Stay on 30A!

We have rented all sorts of VRBO properties on 30A..changing depending on the group and time of year. Our stay at this condo rates as one of the best! From the location, to the amenities, to the excellent communication with the management...and more. We loved this property and plan to make it an annual girls trip!! Kinda hate to share this! Going to be harder to book next year!
