The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. The holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly staggered behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.

The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, the Triopetra bay and the surrounding landscape of southern Crete offers unforgettable holiday moments.

The comfortable holiday home TRIOPETRA VIEW 4 is located in the middle of the property, laterally and easily shifted to the holiday house no. 3 with a wide, beautiful view of the sea. access to the house on the ground floor, tasteful furnished, thought through to the smallest detail and especially suitable for couples or families with children. Lovingly, modernly and colorfully successfully co-ordinated is the mechanism of the holiday house. The bedroom and the bathroom adjoin the living room with adjoining kitchen corner and dining area. The corner couch in the living room is suitable for 2 children or teenagers. From the living room and bedroom direct access to a front terrace with beautiful views of the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of southern Crete.

What awaits you here is peace, seclusion, Mediterranean idyll, beautiful views, great sandy beaches, very clean sea and a charming, mountainous coastal landscape.

To the next village Akoumia it is approx. 10km, to Spili, where you find a rich shopping offer, it is scarcely 20km. Some taverns are located at the big Triopetra beach as well as at the smaller Triopetra beach, directly below your holiday home.

Wir waren im August in Triopetra View 4. Wir wurden direkt nett mit leckeren orangen begrüßt und uns wurde die sehr saubere Wohnung gezeigt. Die Ausstattung ist Standard und einfach, aber ausreichend. Wir haben nur wenig Anregung zum noch besser werden: es ist super, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, leider gibt es nur sehr wenig Platz zum Aufhängen. Wenn man wie wir mit 4 Personen und 3 Koffern reist, ist viel zu wenig Platz zum Unterbringen der Kleidung. Die Kinder haben daher aus dem koffer gelebt. Eine zusätzliche Kommode könnte da Abhilfe schaffen. Es gibt am Pool gar keinen Schatten! Schirme wären vermutlich auch nicht möglich, da scheinbar häufig ein heftiger Wind herrscht - während unseres Aufenthalts war es meistens nachmittags zu windig, um sich draußen aufzuhalten. Ich würde nur zu zweit noch einmal wieder kommen, da es meistens herrlich ruhig ist (natürlich auch abhängig von den anderen Mietern) und man eine wunderschöne und beeindruckende Aussicht auf Berge und Meer hat. Man braucht zwingend ein Auto und sollte wirklich am besten noch in Flughafennähe einkaufen. Der nächste Minimarkt scheint in Agios Pavlos zu sein, aber der hat auch Minimarktpreise.

Das Haus war top ausgestattet und absolut sauber! Es gibt schnelles WLAN und das auch extra ausserhalb des Hauses, sodass man auf der Terrasse und am Pool gutes WLAN hatte. Der Eigentümer (Giannis) hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während des Aufenthalts immer betreut. Um Fragen, etc. wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Giannis pflegt selber die gesamte Anlage und das sieht man! Es ist wie in einem kleinen Paradies! Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Das Appartment ist wunderschön, so wie die ganze Anlage. Alles sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Die Fotos entsprechen 100% dem aktuellen Zustand. Ich wurde sehr herzlich von Iannis begrüßt und eingewiesen. Er hat mir Orangen und Avocados geschenkt, die er selbst anbaut. Anthony, der Besitzer, konnte aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht persönlich zum Einchecken kommen, war aber jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und so liebenswert ! Iannis kam noch öfter vorbei um nach mir zu sehen , das war so lieb. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und behütet gefühlt . Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist umwerfend und es herrscht eine Ruhe und Stille, wie ich es lange nicht mehr erlebt habe. Ein perfekter Ort um sich zu erholen. Ich habe es geliebt. Was andere Gäste schon erwähnt haben; man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto (oder Mitfahrgelegenheit) und das nächste Lädchen in Akoumia ist ca 20 min Autofahrt entfernt. Es ist sinnvoll seinen Einkauf schon in Flughafennähe zu erledigen. Kochen braucht man nicht, bzw ich habe darauf verzichtet, denn in den umliegenden Tavernen gibt es jederzeit frisches, leckeres Essen zu sehr fairen Preisen! Für diejenigen, die gerne mal kochen; es gibt wirklich keine Gewürze, Salz, Öl, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter etc pp in der sonst gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die umliegenden Strände sind wunderschön, ich kam kaum dazu den herrlichen Pool zu nutzen. Ich danke Anthony, Iannis und Jassu Reisen für diese wunderbare Woche und ich komme im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder zu Besuch! Schön, dass es noch solch‘ unberührte Orte gibt! Lieb Grüße von Anne

Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen bei Giannis und Anthony verbraucht. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und sehr schön gebaut. Wir waren als Gruppe vor Ort und hatten alle 4 Häuser gemietet. Vom Bett haben wir schon auf das Meer geschaut. Der Pool ist groß und schön zum schwimmen und zum spielen. Die Terrassen haben angenehmen Schatten und die Häuser haben alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich um alles bestens und sind immer erreichbar und haben uns immer frische Organen und Avocados von den eigenen Feldern mitgebracht. Wir waren meistens am kleinen Triopetra Strand der auch der nächste ist. Die beiden Tavernen bieten leckeres, griechisches Essen und sind extrem Kinderfreundlich. Die Bucht ist auch beim Wind - der doch öfters im Sommer vorkommt - gut geschützt. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Da der nächste Ort Akoumia (ca. 20 Minunten) doch weiter entfernt ist, empfehlen wir den ersten Großeinkauf direkt beim A&B oder Lidl Supermarkt am Flughafen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft, die sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber ist und alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Blick auf´s Meer und die umliegenden Berge ist wundervoll und der Sonnenuntergang absolut einzigartig! Der Vermieter hat sich ganz toll gekümmert und ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

Es war wunderbar. Das Haus ist so herrlich sauber, der Pool ebenso, der Blick und das Panorama sind einzigartig und vor allen Dingen die Gastgeber sind so so nett und zuvorkommend und kümmern sich rührend. An Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts, man kann kochen, wenn man möchte, aber die Tavernen in der Umgebung reichen völlig aus. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danken Anthony und seiner Familie sehr!!!!

Wir haben die absolute Ruhe genossen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Familie. Es ist alles vorhanden wenn man mal kochen will. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und die gesamte Anlage ( 4 Häuser ) ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub. Ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich. Man sollte auf dem hinweg Spätestens in Spili im Supermarkt einkaufen.

In casa si trova tutto quello che serve: lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, stoviglie e detersivi. Dalla piscina si vede il tramonto sul mare. Super consigliato!

We had a lovely time for our vacation. The apartments are very well located with stunning sea views. Very close to the beach. A wonderful place to spend peaceful holidays with your partner or family. The places are very well maintained by the owner and his son, very nice people.
