FeWo Schloß Ramspau - Tenne (5-star DTV)

Come to Ramspau, one of the most beautiful villages in Bavaria! Ramspau was awarded a gold medal in Bavaria in 2005 in the competition "Our village should become more beautiful, our village has a future"

The Ramspau forest and pond estate is about 15 kilometers north of Regensburg. The idyllic location on the banks of the rain enables swimming, boating and fishing. The extensive forests are ideal for hiking, mountain biking or other outdoor activities.

From the small quiet place you are quickly in Regensburg, which offers a wealth of sights with its medieval old town and invites you to stroll. The old town of Regensburg has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2006. The Upper Palatinate also has many "treasures" worth seeing beyond its capital. Hiking by bike, boat or even horse is also becoming increasingly popular.

The ponds in a quiet location and day tickets for the Regen river offer anglers the opportunity to fish. If you want to go to the hide as a hunter, please contact us.

Beautiful setting

Well laid out, beautifully furnished and fully equipped living space, ideal for our family of 5 plus visitors in the grounds of the Ramspau chateau. Barbecue and table tennis, forest and river walks from the garden, easy drive to mediaeval Regensburg. Butchers in the village, shops a short drive. Nesting white storks a daily highlight!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Regenstauf, man kann die Gegend hervorragend zu Fuß erkunden und ist schnell in Regensburg. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist für die Konstellation Eltern - Kinder - Großeltern sehr günstig.

Urlaub abseits der Touristenströme

Wir konnten uns in einer wunderbaren Natur, inmitten von Wäldern, sehr gut erholen. Das Flussbad ist zu Fuß nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, und der nächste Gasthof liegt gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist hell und stilvoll eingerichtet Das große Fenster im Wohnzimmer bietet einen herrschaftlichen Ausblick auf das Schloss und den Park. Der Gastgeber, Graf Ledebur, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr netter Vermieter. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, genügend Mobilar und Sitzplätze, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien etc. vorhanden. Haben nichts vermisst. Die Betten sind ok. Der Treppe zur Wohnung ist breit und gut begehbar. Die Bademöglichkeit im Flußbad ist ein Traum, da kann man sich tatsächlich dran gewöhnen. Boot und Stand-Up-Board stehen zur freien Verfügung, ggf. Absprache mit anderen Nutzern der Anlage. Der schöne Außensitzplatz am Waldrand ist leider ca. 20m entfernt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das könnte im Inserat besser dargestellt werden. Aber dafür entschädigt das riesige Giebelfenster mit der tollen Aussicht. Stauraum für leere Reisetaschen etc. unter dem First nutzbar, mittels Leiter erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Viel plus, etwas minus

Sehr gut, modern, funktional und wohnlich eingerichtete und ausgestattete Dachgeschosswohnung über mehreren Garagen im Erdgeschoss, mit feinem Ausblick über das Regental. Sehr grosses Wohn- und Esszimmer, mit drei angeschlossenen Schlafkammern. Nettes kleines Dorf, schmucke Kirche, gutes Restaurant mit Biergarten. Leider ist die Wohnung nur über eine recht steile Treppe zugänglich, was für ältere Personen, zumal mit Gepäck, ziemlich beschwerlich ist. Auch ist kein Außensitzplatz (Terrasse, Patio oder Balkon) am Haus, sondern lediglich ein betonierter Sitzplatz mit Tisch und sechs Stühlen am/im Waldrand 25 m entfernt und ohne Ausblick. Es verlangt nahezu akrobatisches Geschick, mit Tablett mit Speisen oder Getränken die steile Treppe zu meistern, um dorthin zu gelangen. Und Achtung: das große Fenster im Wohn/Essbereich ist, wenn geöffnet, praktisch kaum abgesichert und birgt erhebliche Absturzgefahr für kleine Kinder.

Tenne Silvesterurlaub mit 4 Übernachtungen

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, wer mag kann kleine Spaziergänge in der Umgebung machen. In ca. 5min erreicht man Supermärkte zum einkaufen. Imposantes und gepflegtes Schloss von außen. Ebenso die zu vermietenden Objekte. Ausstattung war ok, Küche mit vielen Gerätschaften, sogar Raclette. Wir haben den Urlaub in ruhiger Lage genossen.

Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang durch de. Vermieter. Ideale Lage für z. B. Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen , die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine ideale Größe für 6 Personen. Sie liegt optimal am Waldrand und am Schloss Ramspau, sehr schönes Panorama.

Amazing Rental Apartment!

The Tenne apartment is a beautiful, new, roomy space. The large windows and light colored wood make for a most inviting atmosphere. The main view to the front is of a well-maintained estate garden with statuary and a glimpse of the Regen River. If you ever wanted to have the feeling of living on a castle estate, this is the place! The Count is a wonderful, lively landlord for an added flair! We will be back!

Traumhaftes Domizil

Wir waren im Herbst 2022 für eine Woche mit drei Generationen und Hund zu Gast in der Tenne. Allein der wundervolle Ausblick auf den herbstlichen Garten und den Fluss Regen waren schon die Reise wert. In der Wohnung fehlt es einem an nichts, bestens ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen, der Graf ist ein erstklassiger Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit toller Aussicht und einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ramspau sehr genossen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Wer möchte nicht einmal bei einem Grafen ein paar schöne Tage verbringen? Hier auf Schloss Ramspau ist dies in wunderschöner Umgebung möglich. Die Ferienwohnung "Tenne" in der alten Scheune ist super geräumig, sauber, top eingerichtet und die Küche lässt mit ihrer Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick durch die große Glasfront in Richtung Teich und Fluss ist wunderschön. Ramspau vor den Toren von Regensburg ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Regensburg, Wanderungen und ist schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Gern wieder!!

Der Aufenthalt im Schloß Ramspau war wunderschön. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss. Auch war alles sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Herr Graf war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er war immer hilfsbereit und hat meinem Mann den Urlaub durch eine Entenjagd versüßt. Vielen Dank

Sehr gut organisierte Ferienwohnung (Einrichtung, Austattung) und ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber

So eine schöne, durchdachte, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (und die Aussicht erst!) und so eine zuvorkommende, freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter hatten wir selten! Aber nur in Superlativen zu schreiben macht unglaubwürdig, deshalb noch eine kleine einschränkende Neben-Information für kommende Mieter: die Treppe zur Ferienwohnung ist relativ steil, also nur bedingt empfehlenswert für Gäste (oder Hunde) mit Mobilitäts-Einschränkung. Aber der Name der Ferienwohnung ("Tenne") ließ uns das bereits vermuten. Gesamtfazit: alles sehr sehr angenehm, leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz!
