Enjoy sunset views or catch a fish off the sea wall! The home is newly remodeled with updated appliances and high speed internet. Your family or friends will have plenty of nearby attractions to choose from: beaches with great restaurants, fun nightlife, or nature parks for hiking and exploring. Several spring training baseball parks are nearby for the baseball lovers in your group. Don't forget your boat! A public boat ramp is just 1/2 mile from the house and a dock is available at the house. There are also jet ski and parasailing rentals close by.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Place

We felt at home from the first second. The house and location right on the Myakka River were excellent. The house offers everything you need to have a carefree holiday. A fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, highspeed wifi, nice bathrooms, plenty of outdoor seating, beach chairs, kayaks, everything your heart desires. The booking process via Vacasa was super professional from start to finish and any questions were answered immediately. We would book the accommodation again immediately and can only give the best recommendation.
