The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bed and place all used linens, towels, and wash cloths beside washing machine.
Remove any trash and put into the city receptacle outside. Mondays are trash day. Kindly put the receptacles to the end of the driveway Sunday evening if possible.
Make sure all lights and appliances are off. And AC is turned to low fan and at 75 degrees.
Check cabinets and fridge for any food you may have brought. Please take it with you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I grew up visiting my grandparents right here in this area, back when they were commercial shrimpers fishing the waters of Charlotte Harbor. This home is deeply special to me; it keeps my favorite childhood memories alive—from the quiet mornings fishing off the dock and the sea wall to the tradition of taking the boat out to watch the sunset every single night. I love sharing this property because it allows others to experience the same magic of the Myakka River that shaped my life.
