EXQUISITE new beach block 3 bdrm/2 bth condo! Beautiful coastal decor with plenty of space to accommodate the whole gang! Fully stocked kitchen, indoor fireplace, large outdoor deck with lots of comfortable seating and outdoor shower. Beach tags are included in your stay! Located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, just steps away from the renowned family friendly boardwalk. Ridiculously close to downtown shops, restaurants, bike rentals and so much more! Just park in the garage or garage, put your keys away and walk to all!

Located on beach block (E. 9th Street), you are in the center of everything with only a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and centrally located to all that OC has to offer. We are right across the street from Augie’s Omelette, Waffle House and Grill.

With parking at a premium at this ideal location, we offer 2 off-street parking spaces (1 garage and 1 driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. You don't even have to cross a street to get to the boardwalk/beach!

We spared no expenses when furnishing this vacation house so that you and your family can have the best time possible without any worries. With a private entrance, the layout of this unit includes 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach. We have state of the art technology throughout the unit with each of our spacious bedrooms having a flat screen HDTV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with high-speed WIFI throughout the house.

The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and a long breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a table that seats 6 people and the oversized living room has has a modern sofa (w/pull out sleeper beds) and beautiful ottoman.

The modern elegance of this beach home and it's unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway!

To secure your vacation, you will sign a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email a link to the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign. You will then send us your first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned within 7 business days of your checkout).

To secure your reservation, we will need the following information:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as beach tags!

Great property

We stayed here for 8 days. The property is in a great location and was perfect for me, my husband, and my friends. The property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

A little slice of heaven

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for fall break in October. I can’t say enough great things. The hosts, Steve and Kimberly, are wonderful. They made the whole process super easy and responded quickly to any questions we had. You can’t beat the location. It is just a few steps to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. But the best part is the balcony. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. Our family cannot wait to return to Ocean City and will definitely be renting this condo again.

Wonderful choice

The location is great. We easily walked to beach, restaurants and groceries. The house is well-appointed with comfortable mattresses, etc. Communication with owner was great. No complaints here. Perfect choice.

I am an Interior Designer as well as the volunteer director for Special Spaces, where I design dream bedroom makeovers for children with life-threatening illnesses.
