Fantastic stay

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was! This property is perfect for a family vacation. Close to the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to the shops and eateries on Asbury. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The house is in a great location and is a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach (less than 2 blocks). The house has all the amenities we needed for a weeklong trip with two toddlers and five adults. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spot in Ocean City.

Family beach fun!

We had a great family vacation. Being so close to the beach and boardwalk was great. Just an FYI: the living room sofa is one queen size pullout sofa bed and a regular loveseat.

The location of this property was perfect - so close to the beach and boardwalk but still on a lovely residential street! The home was as advertised and had everything we needed and more! The host, Marc, was very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Multi-Family Vacation

The owners were great with communication, the house was clean and decorated beautifully. We had 12 people sleep comfortably including one couple on sofa bed for two nights. Kitchen was perfect for entertaining and included supplies. It was a perfect week in an amazing home.

We loved our stay here in OC!! We were close to everything but the street was still quiet. There’s parking for 3 compact cars (which was great for day guests) and the unit has ample room for an extended family with kids. The condo was very well stocked and had nice family amenities— beach toys, boogie boards, puzzles etc. (good came along for rainy days). The front deck and back porch were nice with comfy chairs and table with umbrella. The property is also generally clean and well cared for. We had a few issues while there, with disposal and washer, but waited til the end of our visit to share with the owner— if you have issues, don’t wait—Marc is very responsive!! Lesson learned.The only down side is if you don’t get your fridge empty and all your trash out by Fri AM, you have to take your trash/recycle with you, since cans are stored in the garage.We hope to return next year! Thanks Marc!

This is a very nice property with an excellent location and proximity to the beach, perfect for a weeklong vacation with plenty of seating and table space. Our ages ranged from 4-71, all family members. We will try to return within the next few years, hopefully during a similar time of the year.

Nothing short of perfect

The loalcation is perfect! Half a block from the boardwalk, it was easy to pack the family up and easily get to and from the beach each day. Parking was great, with two spots right behind the house. All the famous favorites on the boadwalk are within two blocks, so it made it easy to take a short walk and enjoy everything we wanted to. The house was amazing. Super bright and open in the kitchen with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We cook a lot, and the kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of space for the family to be around while dinner was made, but not in the way. All four bedrooms were very well appointed with nice furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, and both bathrooms were spacious and very well laid out.Overall, this house was the total package. Will stay there again for sure!

The size, layout, and location of this property was ideal for our family of four adults and two children. We used to stay in the north end when the grands were younger to be close to Wonderland. Now that they are older, this location is much better. It’s close to the beach, boardwalk (Castaway Cove rides), and downtown. The host was outstanding with prompt communications, clear directions, and smooth check in. The unit had everything we needed for the week. It’s also very nicely decorated. AC worked great which is a must. Parking was tight but satisfactory and as described in the listing. Pictures are accurate. Highly recommended!

Great place but a new cleaning company needed!

Great location as a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Very spacious inside with nice appliances and plenty of seating. The check-in check-out process was fantastic! Only issue was the cleanliness- the kitchen and bathrooms were fine but there was dust everywhere in the other rooms. It seemed to be superficially cleaned or the dirt was shoved under the rug. I cringed every time my kids would drop a toy and it would go under the couch or bed. We ended up vacuuming and dusting to keep our allergies as bay. The owners need to look for a new cleaning company for sure! Overall it was still a great place.

Great House Great Location

Enjoyed our stay at this property with our children and grandchildren. One block walk to the beach and boardwalk was important with small kids. Property was just the right size for six adults and five children with twin infants. The property was clean and had an outside shower which was a definite plus with the little ones!
