The apartment is on the 2nd Floor, right across from Heinrichsturm. Over 75 square meters of living space offer you an unforgettable vacation or work-related stay. In the two living rooms and bedrooms you will find a double bed with 180 x 200 cm, flat screen TV with satellite TV, closet and sitting area. In the living room / bedroom with direct access to the balcony, there is also a fold-out sofa bed with 120 x 180 cm. The kitchen serves as a meeting point and dining room. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pull-out dining table for up to 6 people and complete dishes. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und doch zentral. Die Wohnung ist identisch mit den Bilder im Internet. Sie war tiptop sauber, und die Ausstattung bis zu vier Personen ausreichend. Auch die Garage zum unterstellen der e-bikes war in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum-Sorglos-Urlaub in der Nähe von Regensburg

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der großen sauberen und modernen Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem Inserat und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat unseren Kindern das zweite Zimmer mit eigenem Fernseher, das am anderen Ende der Wohnung gelegen ist, sodass sie ihr eigenes Reich hatten. Man kann auch gut ausschlafen, da alle Fenster mit Rollläden ausgestattet sind. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen (Wein, Gläser und Korkenzieher sind vorhanden und müssen nicht extra mitgebracht werden). Das Auto kann in der Garage untergestellt werden. Von Bad Abbach aus kommt man schnell nach Regensburg (20 Minuten mit Auto) und auch zu Fuß ist man in ähnlicher Zeit zur Donau spaziert. Zum Abschluss sind die freundlichen Vermieter zu nennen, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden haben.

Moderne Ferienwohnung

Sehr moderne Ferienwohnung, die wir genau so vorgefunden haben, wie sie beschrieben wird. Es fehlte an nichts. Zur Begrüßung standen Getränke im Kühlschrank und die Zutaten für eine einfache, schnelle Mahlzeit waren auch bereitgestellt. Ort ist gut, als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Radausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wohnung insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
