The property is located on the 12th floor of a 40 story building. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived. There is a nice wrap round balcony that has a view of the intercoastal. Waterway. There are two very beautiful pools and a short walk to the beach. The amenities were as described and basic kitchen items are included (but note you will need to bring all of your own basic condiments, etc., such as salt, pepper, which may be provided at other VRBO sites).
