This ground floor condo is close to all the action, but our neighborhood is surprisingly tranquil. You will enjoy secure keypad access to our serene and comfy condo. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the necessities. There is a dedicated workspace where you'll find the wi-fi password so you can get connected. The dining table accommodates 4 guests and there are TV trays as well. The living room is so pleasant that you'll likely notice your stress level decreasing as you relax and enjoy a movie or maybe one of the board games provided for you and your family or friends. The queen size bed in the bedroom may induce sweet dreams. Wake up renewed and ready to make the most of your time in Atlanta. The bathroom shower just might become your happy place with its two shower heads and premium moisturizing body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The home was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and made us feel safe. The home is located in a nice neighborhood and really close to all the main attractions and plenty of free parking spots outside of the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The parking was convenient and right out side the building and plenty of it. This was a very convenient spot for all the attractions we came to see and only a 10 min ride to the stadium!! Owner was very responsive to all questions and the neighbors were super nice and friendly would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Kitchen had a stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and waffle maker. All utensils you need as well as pots and pans were available. It was a 20 minute walk to Georgia World Congress, about 8 minutes if you’re using a scooter. It was very quiet and peaceful, would book again.

The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of the aquarium, the convention center, a museum, various other tourist attractions, and groceries. The area is pleasant, quiet, and safe. The condo itself has a clean and pretty interior. There's a washer/dryer and a whole kitchen with a coffee bar. We didn't cook, but you could if you wanted to; they had plenty of supplies including pans, tools and basic foods (sugar, flour, oil etc). We had some troubles with the thermostat. The bedroom fan was also pretty squeaky, but we just put on white noise and it was fine. Overall a pretty much perfect choice for us.

This place was pretty nice for the price. I had difficulty communicating with the host, who didn’t respond to my first message until I messaged again, and who didn’t respond to my second message. The accommodations were fine though and accessing the property was easy. Would recommend.

Lovely location

This location was perfect for our trip, we were walking daily to the GWCC and it is a very doable 15 minutes. We loved how the neighborhood was quiet and calm - it was really nice after being in the congested downtown part of Atlanta for the day. Best perk was the street parking.

Severe Safety & Comfort Issues — Do Not Stay HereThis was hands down the worst vacation rental experience we've had. Safety Violation: The host sent someone to "fix" the AC while we were out, leaving the apartment completely unlocked with our belongings and documents inside. I never consented to this. Unusable Amenities: The AC failed for our entire August stay in Atlanta. There was a ceiling fan only in bedroom. No air circulation in the rest of the apartment. The host promised a technician who never arrived. By day 3, all kitchen outlets stopped working (no microwave, coffee, or toaster). Unbearable Bed: The mattress was so sunken that my husband and I had to sleep on the floor for 3 out of 4 nights to avoid severe back pain. Filthy & Poorly Maintained: Floors were dirty and sticky. Wet, stinky towels were left in the dryer and dirty ones in the washer. The dryer required multiple cycles for a single load. Zero Support: Neither the host nor Vrbo support offered real help for a family with two young kids in the summer heat.We followed every checkout rule, cleaned up beyond what was expected of us, and respected the home, but were treated terribly. Do not recommend.

This review contains several statements that are simply not accurate and does not reflect what actually occurred during this stay. Regarding the AC, the issue was not ignored or left unresolved by me. I made efforts to have a technician come to the property, but you would not allow the technician access to the unit to address the problem. It is therefore unfair to state that I promised a technician who never arrived without providing the context that access was not permitted. I have been in the vacation rental business for five years and have hosted many guests during that time. I have never received a review describing my property or hosting in this manner. While I understand that every guest may have different expectations, the claims made in this review do not accurately represent my efforts as a host or the circumstances of this stay. The statement regarding the mattress is also misleading. The listing clearly states that the bed has an extra-soft mattress, and the mattress itself is only approximately two years old. Comfort preferences can certainly vary from person to person, but describing an extra-soft mattress as defective or unusable is not an accurate representation of the listing. I also take the safety and cleanliness allegations seriously. I would never intentionally leave a property unsecured or disregard a guest’s concerns. My goal has always been to provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay.

Great location, great stay

The owner was helpful before and throughout our stay with information about the area, and was very responsive answering any questions. The condo was clean, very convenient to the downtown area (we walked to the aquarium and the Mercedes Benz stadium) and I’d definitely stay here again!
