This newly built lake house sits on the north end of Lake Lanier. It’s a waterfront property that includes a private dock. Dahlonega is less than 15 minutes along with many vineyards, golf courses, and hiking trails. This location is quiet, scenic, and full of wildlife. Bring your boat and park it in the driveway or anchor it to the dock. Take the kayak out for a sunset cruise or use our waterfront location for your next fishing trip. Come and enjoy this hidden gem for yourself!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If your check out day is Sunday-Wednesday, please take trash bins to the curb for Thursday pickup.
Return furniture (indoor and outdoor) to original location and pickup anything left around the dock.
Inform us if there was any damages, stains, or broken items during your stay. Thank you!
