You'll also find a huge main deck level with tons of outdoor seating and a propane flat top grill with seating for 8 around it, great for entertaining while you cook!

On the upper level you'll find the master king bedroom with en suite bath and tub, 2 more queen rooms, another full bath, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave.

Phenomenal Experience

Overall our stay was phenomenal. We went the week of Tropical Storm Debby and we had plenty of space to gather in the living area and enjoy each other’s company while riding out the storm. There were a couple issues from the previous tenants that the owner gave us a heads up about which was really nice! Jordan was a phenomenal host and easy to communicate with. We rented the additional golf cart for the week and it made getting around the campground even easier even better that the rate was reasonable and saved us money.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground is amazing. The house was not so good. Arrived to fish smell from overflowing outdoor garbage cans and y cleaned grill. Mirrors and floors not clean. Missing towel racks, nail holes and stains all over couches

Unfortunately Kathy checked in on a day where a nightmare of a guest checked out and it took longer than normal that Saturday to get the house back in order. Once we got everything handled by Saturday night Kathy and her crew had a great trip. They definitely had a less than stellar experience during the first handful of hours on Saturday but according to them the rest of their week was great!

It's an incredibly safe neighborhood while still being super lively and fun. I love managing our rental and communicating with our guests. Every year we reinvest a large portion of our earnings to improve the quality of our property and improve the experience of our guests.

Why they chose this property

My family has owned property in Ocean Lakes for 30+ years. We built this home in 2007 and lived in it for many years. We just recently started renting it out and we're excited to share it with you all! We've completed many updates in January 2023 and January 2024. New HVAC, new vinyl work outside, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, new golf carts, new flooring throughout much of the house, new paint throughout entire home, new furniture in most of the house, new lamps and decor in many areas, new light fixtures, new hardware, new roof, new exterior stairs, and much more!

This home is located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Ocean Lakes offers a super safe neighborhood for families where everyone drives golf carts around. There is a waterpark with lazy river and multiple water slides, mini golf, arcade, grocery and gift store, restaurant, coffee shop, many lakes for fishing, cornhole, basketball, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, multiple parks, EV charging station, nature center, and of course a one mile long stretch of gorgeous beach!
