House was completely adequate

The house had everything that one would expect a house of having plus it had a very comfortable bed. The road is a little noisy for someone who is a light sleeper like myself, but that certainly would not stop me from renting it again.

Two weeks in St. Pete

Our Host was very responsive. The house was clean and seemed to have been remodeled/updated. There were a few little things one could pick at but overall comfortable and decent.

This tiny home is beautiful

This is a great stay for the amount of days we were staying however, the house was very dusty and we are highly allergic, so we spent it sneezing other than that it was a great stay, couldn’t ask for more. The neighborhood looks a bit weird and dark at night time but luckily nothing ever happened to us and the house was secured.

We thank you for the 5 star review of our property. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our home and will talk with our cleaning team to ensure that it is not dusty moving forward. The property is well-lit at night, safe, affordable and accessible to all the best St. Pete has to offer. Our goal is to serve our guests to the best of our ability and we will continue to do so!

My name is Alex and I am thrilled to host your next vacation! I am a wife, mom of three little girls, sister and friend who was born and raised in St. Petersburg and loves to travel. I am here to help if you need recommendations or help with of your stay! Welcome!

Why they chose this property

Our home has a driveway with available parking spaces for cars. There are many locations that can be accessed on foot including the playground and nearby park. The new Sunrunner bus rapid transport provides an additional option for easy travel within the city. In fact, there is a bus stop less than 2 blocks away! Of course Uber and Lyft provide easy transportation options, but bike rental stations are located throughout the city for inexpensive transit. When you get back from your adventures, relax out back with a cocktail, or create some sidewalk chalk art for our photo wall.

What makes this property unique

Proximity to the new Sunrunner rapid bus transit system allows you to easily travel between the best beaches in the country and the vibrant downtown food and art scene. The Sunrunner began in October 2022 and is amazing! We have a fenced in area in the front and back yard for your furry friends and an outdoor patio for eating alfresco! Come, stay centrally-located and enjoy every bit that this sunshine city has to offer.
