About this property

State-of-the-art natural stone finca in the interior of Mallorca. Large outdoor pool (salt water), various terraces, fantastic courtyard with Weber grill & covered lounge area, which offers a view over the entire plain of Es Pla (towards San Salvador Monastery). Own driveway and private parking spaces are in front of the house.
The finca is divided into 2 levels. On the lower level there is a large, bright entrance and dining area with an adjoining 50 sqm living room, and an open, American kitchen as well as a bathroom and a utility room. From this level you have access to a covered porch and a spacious courtyard with a private pool area.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and another terrace.
The small, authentic village of Vilafranca de Bonany can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There you will find numerous shops, cafés and restaurants.

Expectations exceeded

We had 3 wonderful days in this beautiful villa. Connie and Micheal were such great hosts and welcoming us at our arrival. They where always reachable when we had a questions. The Vila itself is just stunning. We loved the great pool and all the possibilities to sit outside around the House. There is so much love to every detail. It was the best decision to stay at Connie and Michaels place. Happily looking forward to another stay here:)

Ein Traum

Das Versprechen, dass die wunderbar schönen Bilder geben, wird voll und ganz eingehalten. Eine traumhafte Finca mit einem sensationellen Pool und vielen, mit Liebe eingerichteten, Highlights. Die Finca selber ist mit allem Notwendigen und weit darüber hinaus, ausgestattet. Sie liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir waren total begeistert! Beste Entscheidung, ever! Connie und Michael kümmern sich sehr und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Danke dafür auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne an diesen wunderbaren Ort zurückkehren! Susanne und Hanspeter

Traumfinca und Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön und bietet Ruhe und Natur pur. Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr großzügig angelegt und top gepflegt. Die ganze Finca ist perfekt durchdacht - es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung der Küche genügt selbst den Ansprüchen engagierte Hobbyköch:innen und zusammen mit dem hochwertigem Gasgrill bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Wer will kann sich hier kulinarisch richtig austoben. Frische Zitronen und Orangen vom Baum jeden Tag, wenn man möchte - was will man mehr? Und vor allem: Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft - wir fühlten uns wirklich wie Gäste und unfassbar nett und aufmerksam aufgenommen!

Ein Träumchen

Wir durften in dieser Finca 4 Wochen unserer Elternzeit mit 10 Monate altem Baby und Hund verbringen und waren begeistert! Connie und Michael sind die perfekten Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, sehr bemüht und unkompliziert. Sie tragen einen großen Teil zum Wohlfühlfaktor in der Finca bei. Das Haus mit der Außenanlage und Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. Es sieht alles aus wie auf den Fotos. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es auf dem Grundstück viele unterschiedliche Bereiche zum Sitzen und Entspannen gab. Die Küche wirkte etwas älter, ABER die Ausstattung hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maker, sämtliche Gewürze zum kochen, Salatschleuder usw. Wer sich mit Ferienwohnungen/Häuser auskennt, weiß, dass das kein Standard sondern eher Seltenheit ist. Die Lage der Finca war für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Etwas abgelegen, keine Nachbarn so dass sich auch unser Hund frei bewegen konnte und trotzdem so nah am Ort, dass man fußläufig in 5-10 Min zum Bäcker oder kleinen Supermarkt kommt. Für größere Einkäufe ist Manacor mit dem Auto nur 10 Min entfernt. Hier findet man Aldi, Rossmann, Müller sowie einen spanischen Bio- und großen Supermarkt. Unser Fazit: ein kleines Paradies auf Erden, das wir hoffentlich irgendwann mal wieder besuchen dürfen.

Sehr schöne Finca und freundliche Gastgeber

Die Finca entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht abgelegen. Man kommt auch zu Fuß in den Ort. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und Conny und Michael kümmern sich schnell, wenn man was möchte. Die Finca verfügt auch über eine Klimaanlage, welche wir in diesen heißen Tagen oft benutzt haben. Wir kommen gern wieder.
