Three room apartment in a quiet residential area, about 100 mtr. to the main beach. The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of a 4-family house. From the modern living room with open kitchen you can directly access the large west-facing balcony with terrace furniture (approx. 14 sqm). The apartment also has two bedrooms, one of the two bedrooms with single beds. In addition to the "en suite" shower room, there is a guest toilet in the apartment.
Ironing board and iron are in the laundry room in the basement of the house.
