🏠 Duplex Home – This unit shares walls and a ceiling with another, but it's well insulated to ensure comfort and privacy.

🔊 Potential Noise – As part of a multi-unit property, some noise from neighboring guests may be heard. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that guests keep noise levels low between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

🌳 Shared Outdoor Spaces – The patio and parking area are shared with guests from other units, providing a pleasant space to relax outdoors.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Stay – Your pets are welcome! As other guests may also have pets, we kindly ask that each pet brings their own bed and is not allowed on the property’s beds.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🔒 Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.
🦟 Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.

🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance.
