Just 2 miles from the historic Downtown Square & 3 miles from The Grove. The community offers winding trails to walk or easy short drive to several restaurants, coffee shops, a bowling alley, movie theater, and more. Flying in and out of Oxford for your stay? We are just 5 minutes from the Oxford Airport.

With almost new construction, our exceptionally new and clean condo offers you 3 spacious bedrooms, all with full private, en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located upstairs. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and a full size bath. Bedroom 2 offers two queen size beds, a walk in closet and full bathroom with a double vanity. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and offers a queen size bed, walk in closet and full size bathroom.

A half bath is located just off the living room and stairwell.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal in or prepare your favorite tail gate foods. A large island accommodates 6 people and a drop leaf dining table seats 4. The perfect place to enjoy a meal or play games (some games are provided). Open to the living room, a comfy sectional is the perfect place to relax after the game or curl up and watch your favorite movie or TV show.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. All smart TV's allow you to connect to YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Just sign in with your own ID and enjoy.

A separate laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The covered back porch is a relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour, or take your meal outdoors.

**Construction Notice: new homes are being built around the condo. Work hours are during the weekdays and sometimes on the weekends. Some phases of construction are louder than others.

Parent weekend at Ole Miss

Property was clean and new! Had some small problems with the door lock/unlock not working well otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would stay again !

Excellent accommodations!

Love the condo. Very clean, excellent kitchen with outside gas grill and kitchen supplies. Would highly recommend staying here. I love this area of town.
