Appartement voor kleinere mensen

Gelet op de hoogte instelling van de douche en wastafel moet je zeker niet langer zijn dan 175 cm.Er zijn een aantal mindere zaken die in deze beoordeling niet naar voren komen. Als in het seizoen de volle prijs betaald moet worden, zou ik dit object zeker niet aanraden. Met de geldende reductie en niet te hoge eisen is het nog acceptabel.

Ruhige, saubere und sonnige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Restaurants, Migros, Apotheke sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von ca. 10h vormittags bis ca.16h (November!) Sonne im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terasse Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abrechnung erfolgten freundlich und präzis.

Immer sehr gut. Preis Leistung ist stimmig. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Wir wohnen schon das 10. Mal im Michele, in verschiedenen App., alle waren in Ordnung. Übergabe und Empfang durch Frau F. ausgezeichnet. Sie ist die gute Seele vom Michele. Zu wenig Parkplätze !!

Zentral und gut eingerichtet

Da die Restaurants zu waren, haben wir in der Wohnung gekocht: alles nötige ist dabei, die Migros ist um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sauber, sonniger Balkon. Der Strand und die Promenade sind nah.

Ich durfte drei angenehme Tage mit meinen drei Kindern verbringen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und gut gelegen, Migros, Coop. Touristencentrum und See gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin war nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren schon das 2, Mal in diesem Haus und werden sicher wieder kommen. Alles tip top Lage ruhig und doch schnell am See, Wohnung klein, fein und sauber unkomplizierte Übergabe des Schlüssels über den Safe. Wir geniessen den Aufenthalt jedes mal aufs Neue

Bewertung Casa Michele ...

Ideale Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene und Kleinkind, nur 10 Gehminuten vom See und 200m von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dank Lage konnte Auto 3 Tage in der Garage gelassen werden. Bus nach Locarno vor der Türe. Qualität Bettsofa ok, aber nicht für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Sonst war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einzig Sauberkeit grundsätzlich war nicht ganz so befriedigend.

Hervorragende Hausverwaltung

Hausverwaltung kümmert sich hervorragend um die Belange der Mieter. Man fühlt sich deshalb sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Probleme werden sehr ernstgenommen und es wird sich zeitnah gekümmert. Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt sehr gepflegt.
