What a perfect little home for our college visit weekend. If accepted, this will undoubtedly be our go-to location for move-in weekend and visits. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need and so just cute. The beds were quite comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything. We had a lovely visit. This property was within a 20-30 minute drive to the Southeast coast beaches and Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was also very close to a grocery and gas station. The host responded very quickly to the questions we had and when we had to postpone due to hurricane concerns she was very gracious to move our reservation to alternative dates. The home was relatively clean and could use a bit of updating but we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect home in perfect location for visit

This home was perfect, as my 87 year old mother really wanted to visit my son who lives 0.5 miles from the VRBO. My mother cannot otherwise visit as she cannot climb stairs and he lives in a split level. This was so easy and comfortable for her. We will definitely be renting again.

This house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is within 10 minutes to many stores. Check-in and check-out was easy and thd host was responsive and helpful. I had excellent nights of sleep there. The backyard had a nice grassy area for my kids to run which was a nice surprise. All of the furniture is good quality and we had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Thank you!
