The new, high-quality apartment, which was built in 2017, offers a spacious and light-flooded living / dining area and a first-class kitchen with access to the terrace with sun loungers and a cozy lounge.

Here you can enjoy the sunset directly at the marina ... with a cool drink in your hand ... what more do you want. ..and on 2 terraces. Comfortable living elements and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax by the (ethanol) stove. From here you have a magnificent view of the harbor.

Two beautiful bedrooms with spacious box spring beds (1 double bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm) offer a relaxed and restful sleep as in the hotel incl. Flat screen TV. A baby travel bed is available. A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (lying area 150 x 200 cm) is suitable for 2 additional guests and you wake up with a direct view of the water. A large 55 inch TV with Playstation and Netflix as well as board games entertain you on rainy days and the water view is a great sight in every season. A stand up paddle (SUP) is available free of charge for fun on the water. There is a handcart for convenient transportation to the beach. For convenience during your vacation you have a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment.

For your wellness experience you have your own wellness area in the apartment consisting of a whirlpool, infrared sauna and an ethanol fireplace,

The apartment has underfloor heating and elegant, white, double-glazed plastic windows with blackout in the bedrooms. A free personal parking space in front of the house can be used by you, there is a separate storage room for your bicycles. Free WiFi is also available.

Of course, your four-legged dog favorite is also welcome with us, we of course also provide a suitable bed and water bowl / food bowl. A mobile fence (height 80cm) is already on site.

A small sandy beach is only 300 m away, the 6 km long sandy beach is only 500 m away, in the low season your dog is welcome everywhere, in the high season there is also a dog beach which is only about 1500 m away.
