This truly one of a kind cottage, built by John O'Neil in the 1950s, has been updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, windows and central air. Yet retains its whimsy with angular lines, vaulted ceilings, original fireplace, carved trusses, and railings. Situated minutes away from Warner Brothers, Burbank Studios, Disney Studios, and Universal. An ideal location for a short term assignment for an entertainment professional or extended vacation for a small family.
