COZY PRIVATE STUDIO w/SEPARATE ENTRANCE/NEWLY REMODELED Desirable Rancho Equestrian Area of Burbank - Horses walk through neighborhood - VERY PEACEFUL. Gated, well lit, secure property in great neighborhood. FULLY FURNISHED - Shower, Toilet area, Oven, 2 refrigerators, Micro & TV, storage - 2 min walk to Pavillions Market for groceries & liquor. Street parking right in front of my home - restricted for Owners so there is always space and well lite. Near Universal Studios & CityWalk and Warner Bros. Studios - both within 2 miles from your location (Warner Studio Tour is great), Hollywood Sign very close (driveable-get your picture!!!), 5 min drive to Hollywood Bowl self park lot to get quick transport directly to Bowl for outside concerts, Griffith Park - 10 min hike to entrance and to trails OR short drive to Griffith Park Observatory - has wonderful tours & great views of City at day or sunset, 15 min drive to Hollywood/Sunset Blvd., FAMOUS Grauman's Chinese Theater, Walk of Stars on Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Kodak Theater where the Oscar's are held, 30 min to Rodeo Drive or Beach!! 1 mile from Restaurant Row in Burbank, or 10 min to Shopping & 3 Movie Theaters.

Great quiet stay

Anita's place was very quiet and peaceful. It's a great place to rest after a long day of touring around LA with a car. It's a 20-30 min drive on the freeway to interesting shops in Los Feliz and Silver Lake. The bed was very comfortable for two people. We appreciated the snacks provided by the host. Thanks Anita!
