This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy a delightful stay for your trip to Tampa. The house is equipped with double king Beds, high speed internet, coffee and tea bar, smart TV's, to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy our well stocked kitchen, or relaxing in our terrace. Our house is located less than 15 min away from the nearest beach, city center, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, nightclubs and parks. A great location for you to discover what Tampa Bay has to offer.
Very Centric located, the space offers two comfortable pressure relieving king beds, 1 pullout sleeper sofa and 2 single Gel foam mattress roll-away beds that can be placed anywhere in the unit. The home is located just minutes from the Tampa International Airport, 10 mins to Downtown, 20 mins to Bush Gardens and about 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

Very clean and easy to get to. Minutes from Tampa airport. Beds are very comfortable with updated kitchen and laundry room. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Good for short stay

The property was as described. Host communicated well. Beds were comfortable. It was only my sister and I for 3 nights. It would be difficult to be there with more than 4 people with only one small bathroom and living room. Watch out for the little step from the kitchen to laundry! Kitchen didn’t have a lot of supplies if you plan to cook and couch/sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Neighborhood was ok but not great. We felt safe though.

Home away from home

Enjoyable stay; well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to groceries (Publix, Walmart) and gas station. Had a little trouble communicating through the msg app to the agent. However, Edgar responded quickly when called. Will stay again. Maint Notes - 1) might want to check operation of kitchen lighting. 2) Door-lock keypad worked great, but bluetooth link to my phone was difficult (fyi, minor).

Served its purpose

We were looking for a house central to many beaches and this was it. Check in was fairly simple just call the host bc they do not use the app for chat. For a space that is supposed to accommodate 8 you’ll need to bring towels, utensils and plates. There just wasn’t enough for our party of 7. The tvs had Netflix and Disney available which was great for the kids after a day at the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The ducks outside were a hit with our kids.
