Spend your stay in this cozy 2-room apartment. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining area for 2 people. The separate bedroom offers every living comfort with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The fitted kitchen is equipped in such a way that meals of all kinds can be prepared. If you would like to eat outside, you can do this on the balcony, which you can reach from the living room. Enjoy the absolute sunshine for many hours a day. Quietly located and still in the middle of it, your balcony in this apartment faces south.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink. There is also a television and free WiFi available in this apartment. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for communal use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 5 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily accessible by elevator.

There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.

Schöner Urlaub in der Heimat

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Bad Kreuznach - unserer Heimatstadt- verbracht !Die Wohnung war perfekt und sehr schön im Kurgebiet gelegen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz hatten wir auch gebucht und konnten von der Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug bis vor die Wohnung fahren....Perfekt ! Schlüsselübergabe gab es per Code in einem Schließfach...das war sehr praktisch für uns, da wir abends spät erst angereist sind.Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen...es hat an nichts gefehlt ! Danke auch für den netten Kontakt mit der Agentur Sutter !

Für dieses Apartment bekommt man keinen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Die Lage der kleinen und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung war super. Die Matratzen waren aussergewöhnlich gut. Mit dem mitgeteilten Code war der Zutritt ins Haus nicht möglich. Die Badewanne ist so hoch, dass der Einstieg für Ältere und Behinderte nicht möglich ist. Nicht möglich ist.

Klein aber für 2 ok

Sauber, ordentlich ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Küche leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten alles ok.
