Christmas Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time! House was very clean and spacious for our family of 5 (including one in a wheelchair). We had the pool heated bc the temps were a little cooler than expected. With the heat, it was great for the kids. We plan to come back again!

House is okay.

The place needs A LOT of TLC. Had to call property manager upon arrival because of small bathroom drawer (staying open) and electric issues, no blinds in bedroom for privacy. There is just random "stuff" left in drawers, broken utensils (knife skillet) flip flop in corner of pantry? We had to go buy washcloths and kitchen towels! Main bath is great. Secondary bath had no water pressure AT ALL Pool is nice. It's a personal size pool, very small. It did not need heated which they will try to get more $$ for. Two bikes ok, two not so much. Bedroom TVs had to be worked on by manager. Only Netflix in main living room. There is probably more I could say, but overall I think It's overpriced for what you get. If you have a boat you may love the location and just deal with the rest.

Dream vacation with a handycap

A beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. The house was very spacious, but worn out and not cleaned by the person in charge. The kayaks and the bicycles were old and partly not functional. The property was very unkempt. Some things did not work. Conclusion: totally overpriced.
