House was very spacious and all appliances throughout appeared new and clean.
Although the house was vacuumed and kitchen and bathroom sinks, countertops and toilets clean, overall the house was not clean. All tile and hardwood floors were dirty, the floor in the lanai/hot tub area was covered with dirt and debris. Other than dishes and mugs the kitchen was very poorly stocked and much of what was there was dirty. For 4 people only 1 set of bath towels was provided plus 1 additional questionable quality towel in a questionably clean closet. None of the outdoor lights in the front or backyard worked. The full length glass front door was covered only half way by a blind and we were told to just put something in front of it if we were concerned about privacy. Overall we were very disappointed in this rental especially since the online pictures looked nice and early communication with the owner was so positive.
