Checking in was very easy and we felt welcomed by the site manager upon arrival. The property is well maintained. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was nice having access to state parks nearby.
The person who checked us in was pretty rude and very unwelcoming. There were a couple of small issues in the cabin- the shower pressure was very small, the vertical blinds on the front door and side windows were broken and difficult to use and achieve privacy at night, and a broken sconce above the bed- but it was very clean and in a great area.
Wonderful experience. Blinds at entrance are missing pieces. Can't quite have complete privacy in space. Also nice touch with classical music with arrival. However cabin next to mine did not have anyone in it so music came out of open window.

They way it was described it was a private cabin with some privacy and the cabins where on top of each other. Also when we booked it did not say we would have a handicap cabin. The place was clean but the vertical blinds covering the large window in the front door was missing many pieces and you could see directly into the cabin, which meant you could see the whole cabin bed and all. The hostess did give us a sheet to cover the door and said the slats were on order. Personally I feel that cabin should not be usable until the blinds are fixed. And they do sell them at Home Depot so it is an easy fix so there was that. The hostess was very nice and the grounds were cute. But needless to say I won’t be staying again.
We loved the location and the accommodations were lovely. The grounds are beautiful…like living in the middle of the Forrest…well because you are. Plan to return!
Kitchen was good for cooking, front porch nice to relax and look at tall trees nice, bed was comfy. We'd never been in the area and we're delighted to have great beaches and redwoods so close. Will go back!

It was very nice and clean. Away from everything but close to the beach. Exactly what I needed
We enjoyed getting away from home for a few days. In the year of 'shelter in place' it was so nice to get away, but still feel safely sheltered. The hosts were flexible about our arrival time which we had to adjust several times. It's a quiet and lovely location and the Orca Suite was perfect for the two of us to hang out, drinking chai and doing a puzzle. We walked to Patrick's Point State Park for lovely hikes, and drove down to Larrupin Cafe for an amazing dinner! We'll be back for sure. : )
We loved the beautiful setting. In the mornings and evenings, we sat on the porch in the rocking chairs and enjoyed the forest and the pond.
Marco is so helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.
Perfect stay in northern Cali! Beautiful setting with tall trees and pond. The care taker was super helpful the whole trip, starting a bonfire for us both nights, replacing towels and making us feel very comfortable. Definitely will stay again.
We enjoyed our stay in Trinidad, however, we did not really have any hot water in the shower for the 3 days of our stay. It was disappointing and uncomfortable.

Just right for two, and space around it for visitors in this time of Covid.
