Cocoa Beach Royale Towers Condo

This was our second year for a 90-day winter visit at these accommodations. The view of the beach & the ocean, the Port Canaveral cruise ships, the SpaceX rocket launches, and the proximity to the Cocoa Beach Pier and local restaurants all make this property a convenient destination. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, and the garage parking for the vehicle with extra storage for our Kayak and paddle board was also appreciated. The owner was very accessible, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Exceptional Stay

We very much enjoyed our 3 month stay in Patrick's condo. Communication with the owner was excellent. He was very responsive to any questions and dealt with a couple of minor issues quickly. The unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed for a long-term rental. It was also a friendly community with nice amenities. The views of the ocean (sunrise) and intracoastal (sunset) were gorgeous and the cruise ships at Port Canaveral were also fun to watch. Great views from the beach or the 8th floor entryway for the rocket launches too! We'll be back!
