Beautifully remodeled home very close to downtown Georgetown. Great space for family or friends. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Impeccable haven in a charming town

We had a great day at the cottage. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals but this one was so beautifully decorated with impeccable taste. It was modern and fun and super comfortable as well. The beds were amazing and the laundry room was a wonderful bonus to be able to clean clothes along the way. The owner thought of everything and was so communicative throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Recommended to anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient stay.

We loved everything about this delightful cottage! It was super clean, very tastefully decorated, light and airy. We enjoyed the front porch swing and small yard! It is a great location-an easy walk to town square. We wanted for nothing as it was very well-equipped! We will definitely return when in Georgetown again!

Georgetown Gem

We really enjoyed the 10th street cottage! My husband had a ground breaking on Friday so we decided to stay a few days. The house is super cute & exactly as advertised. It’s very well equipped with everything you might need. Just a short walk to the downtown square. Be sure to stop in at the Day Tripper HQ if you’re a fan of the show! They have great stuff from Texan artists.

Charming Cottage near historic Town Square

Very lovely cottage w wonderful amenities! Our host, Cynthia, was super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this cottage for the lovely decor, comfy interior and close proximity to the Georgetown Town Square. Really enjoyed being able to walk to the great restaurants, shops and history on the square. Also - we recommend walking to the Georgetown library - it is awesome!

Georgetown getaway!

My wife and I wanted to do a getaway weekend. This place was perfect. Nicely decorated.Very clean. Love the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

The house was decorated very cute. Close to town and easy to find. We did enjoy staying there and definitely would go back for another girls weekend. We didn’t get to enjoy our stay because of a family emergency. My daughter and granddaughter had to leave early Saturday. But I still enjoyed my time there. Cynthia was very sweet and offered assistance if needed. My only problem was I couldn’t get connected to Vrbo website. Again Cynthia thank you.

Adorable condo in the heart of downtown

I stayed here with my family for a week and the property was as clean, updated, and as cute as the pictures indicated. The host was proactive in communication, checking in the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and this was consistent throughout our time there. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities just as if it were my own home and high end toiletries were provided gratis! Hghly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home! Clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We would stay here again! We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the third bed was in an adorable airstream trailer. The backyard was beautiful as well. In great/quiet neighborhood close to downtown.

Tastefully Decorated and homey

We really enjoyed our stay, except for the weather, which dampened all our plans to stroll the square..too rainy and cold. The home was warm and inviting with all the extras not found in most rentals, from the keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods to all the seasoning to cook a meal. The only con was the lack of cereal bowls. Loved all the old wooden floors to all the new and modern bathrooms…definitely a clean and comfortable home away from home, in an excellent location.

Great place for weekend trip to Georgetown

Loved the cottage! Was the perfect location for my husband and I to enjoy Georgetown. Walking distance from square. Great and well-kept amenities. Will definitely come back.

Charming house right off the square

We stayed here for 5 nights. The house is very nicely done and also very light and bright with a lot of windows. The backyard is very charming and the airstream trailer is absolutely adorable. The location is great for walking to the town square. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a couple of challenges during our stay but the owner was extremely responsive and helpful.
