Excellent location, Beautiful home! Need to knows.
We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and is very close to the beach - a VERY easy 2 minute walk to the boardwalk across the street.
Here's what I would want to know if I were heading here to stay for a week:
Rooms are wonderful! Lots of space, bathrooms and beds are comfy with good bedding. We never felt cramped. I wondered if the house would be smaller than it looked online but it was opposite. Great space and I loved the coastal vibe/decor.
There are 2 laundry rooms which was awesome! 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second. Bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets if you want to do more than 1 load.
Bathrooms of plenty but no extra toilet paper - we had to buy more.
The house has plenty of bathing towels but you will want to bring your own beach towels.
The pool is perfect for after the beach. It was bigger than we expected from the pictures.
Kitchen - no crock pot if you want one but we found everything else we needed. There's a reg coffee pot and a Keurig.
The only thing that may prevent us from booking is the sensitive piercing alarms. I totally understand the safety aspect of having an alarm on the door by the pool but it was SO intense and never failed to go off very early every morning when an adult was trying to quietly exit the house, lol. Early rising for all! It went off all day! The smoke alarm went off very easily, too. Like less than a minute after turning the stove on to cook eggs. We were able to just laugh about it all week.
