Family friendly retreat for those visiting beautiful Lake Norman, NC! Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lakefront home sleeps up to 12. The home has lakefront access from a private dock and lots of space for your family both indoors and out. The home is fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. We spend a lot of time here and hope your family loves it as much as ours.

Located in Denver, NC our home is just minutes to several restaurants, Publix, Harris Teeter, coffee shops, Walmart, and two local breweries. You are only 15 minutes to movies and shopping.

Additional Drive Times:

-30 min to CLT Airport
-35 min to BOA stadium
-40 min to Charlotte Motor Speedway

Wonderful stay in Denver at the Lake Norman Waterfront Retreat! The spotless home is newly renovated, nicely decorated and contains all that you need for an enjoyable stay with family of all ages.The location is in a lake front neighborhood with close proximity to grocery stores, farmers markets and any service that you would need. Communication from the host was timely and concise. I hope to return upon any visit to Lake Norman!

Exceptionally clean lakefront property.

I would highly recommend this property. It was extremely clean, fully stocked and everything is brand new. Property manager responded quickly to my questions.

Great house on the Lake!

We had a great time here and would come back. I do wish the game room in the garage was cooled because it was so hot we couldn’t really enjoy it. Overall though it was great.

Lovely area

Home was lovely and the neighborhood was beautiful. The furnace fan was loud and seemed to run constantly and blow dust around. Very few amenities (no coffee, facial tissues, shower soaps) so plan accordingly.

Amazing Stay-cation

Wow! Our family is so thankful that April allowed us to occupy this property. The kids absolutely enjoyed the garage game room, the girls went crazy over the hidden playroom with the dolls and cooking area. My husband caught sooooooo many catfish’s right off the dock and the fire pit was a wonderful way to end the day while watching the sunset. The location is close to literally everything while still feeling remote. The house had everything that we could need. Thank you for being such a great host and helping us experience Lake Norman.
