* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. * No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
