Good deal

The homeowner was extremely nice and fixed the few little concerns we had right away (brought extra bedding and tv remote). The photos online included rooms of the house that are not included in the rental of the room. Good deal for the money. This is a studio only with an attached bathroom. Looked recently renovated and very clean.

The constant fighting that they were doing

The constant fighting that they were doing made my spouse very uncomfortable it was several times they would just be arguing really loud and one time I left to go get food my spouse heard a loud hit not sure exactly what that was but it made her scared and the constant noise one morning it was a guy cutting the grass next morning it was somebody doing tree work and pressure washing the house things like that should be done when ppl are not staying at your place. I asked where to take the trash to she said the other side of the house went to the other side of the house and see any trashcan so I did leave two bags of trash in the unit neatly but all in all the set up was nice minus the unit smelling like smoke the whole time it was nice whom ever lives in the house smokes in the house and every time they do you smell it in the unit she did accuse us of doing it one time but that wasn’t us when I pulled up all you could smell outside was smoke and I was really thinking about adding an extra day but I’m just gonna just get a hotel room. A bigger refrigerator in the unit would be nice too
