Annual Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house in general is beautiful. Living furniture has seen better days and for only being around two years ago you would think it would be in better shape. There was a constant issue with ants in the kitchen. I reached out Sunday morning and they dropped off ant traps and spray later Sunday evening after 6pm. They had pest control come the next day however they just placed something next to where I had set the ant traps they dropped off but every morning there was more and more ants. One of the bikes they provided was not working properly so we had to rent a bike as they could not fix during the day and feel they should check the bikes over prior to dropping off. Also garbage drawer is already broken which again is a shame for a house only two years old roughly. This week we went down was packed with kids from High School which caused loud commotions and gathering outside of the place and but that was unfortunately a timing issue. Home was equipped with enough cooking supplies. Feel that they need to check the items as someone clearly burnt a spatchel on a pan and it was left there to still be used. Beds were very comfy and clean and the addition of hangers to used was a nice touch.

Wonderful Experience

Great location and home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is best for vacationing in 30A. Right between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The property is next door to Starbucks and multiple restaurants with live music each night. We have been to 30A many times and have stayed in Paradise by The Sea, Alys, and heart of Rosemary as well but this property was the best location. The property was a little bit dirty, some dog food was on the floor from a previous tenant and the pool was cloudy. We notified maintenance and they came over the next day to fix the pool. Overall it was a good experience and stay.

Lovely home, great location

This was a lovely home. Great location, just on the north side of 30 A and close to everything - shopping, food, bike trails, etc. Loved the pool in the back. Nicely furnished. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.
