THE INSIDE SPACE:

The Sweet & Salty is a comfortable, affordable home filled with plush finds for unassuming, relaxed beach living. This lovingly hosted and professionally cleaned pool home offers the best value in Naples Park. The kitchen was completely remodeled in November 2022 and includes brand-new, sparkling-clean appliances. Inside you will also find lots of new furniture and all new linens.

THE OUTSIDE SPACE:

The Sweet & Salty is crowned by the enclosed heated pool area. Paved and furnished, it offers a refreshing break from Naples' sun. Rounding out the outside experience is a fully fenced yard and a screened-in lanai that leads to the pool, outdoor shower, and firepit area with seating.

While inventory may fluctuate throughout the season, we should have two beach bikes, bike locks, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for kiddos.

*Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. While we LOVE dogs, the home has carpeted areas that may only work for some pets. Please message me before booking if you want to travel with a pet.

*A pool waiver must be agreed to and signed before your stay. The waiver will be sent to you post-booking.

*For guests staying more than two weeks, we require our cleaning crew to do an interim home cleaning approximately every two weeks. You can schedule a time/day directly with our cleaning team for your convenience, and you will also be responsible for paying the team directly for the mid-stay cleaning. Cleaning crew contact information will be provided upon your arrival.

House was perfect for our family of five. It was clean, pool was awesome and Lisa makes it all easy for your stay. They provided everything needed to head to the beach-toys, cooler, life vest, towels, beach umbrella. It was a short trip to get to the beach by bike or car (we rented a car for the trip) and close to so many restaurants and shopping. If/when we return to Naples, we would definitely stay here again!

This experience from start to finish was outstanding. If we could rate 10 stars we would. Our host, Lisa, was friendly, attentive, and consistently and reliably responsive. The house is in a great neighborhood that provides pretty much anything you might need or want at your fingertips. The living space is immaculate and feels brand new; carpet, furniture, appliances, mattresses, TVs, fixtures, and the entire floor plan works really well. The pool is clean and well-maintained. What more is there to say? My wife and I are very experienced travelers and this may have been the best stay we've had at VRBO or elsewhere. It doesn't really get any better. Thank you, Lisa!

Amazing location, thoughtful set up for families!

We had an amazing stay here. The inflatables and dive toys for kids were and instant hit. We loved having all beach equipment provided so we did t feel like we needed to travel with it or buy. Pool was in amazing condition and neighborhood was very quiet. Easy location for quick trips to beach or out to eat!!! Will definitely be staying again next time we visit local family!!!

Peace in Paradise

Everything you need to enjoy beautiful Naples! Went in the heated pool multiple times. I was relieved that I could bring my dog with me on this staycation and it not be an issue since he is larger size companion. He felt comfortable with the fully fenced backyard. Lisa was quick to respond if I needed anything or had a question. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials and more.

Great location. Very communicative hosts. The only thing I wished was that a few more household items were available. The bikes that were available needed to have the tires inflated (there was no pump). There was no plunger available.

Great Home

We are frequent users of VRBO and we have never felt the need to comment before. But our stay was so comfortable, that we thought others might enjoy this property as much as we did. This home is charmingly decorated and well furnished. There is a lot of attention to detail. For example: lots of kitchenware (plastic to use by the pool), pool toys and beach towels. A nice desk and desk chair for those of us that have to work on vacation. And best of all, a box of cupcakes to welcome us.

What can I say. This is in the top two vacation homes I have rented. Everything is clean and modern. The pool is just the best. Lisa checked in regularly and made sure we had the absolutely best experience and we absolutely did.The pool was phenomenal. Innertubes and pool noodles are provided. The water is clean and well maintained. The temperature perfect.I really appreciated the home has the essentials needed to make it our home away from home for the week but not an excess of amount. I could also tell all the kitchen items were purposely bought for the home and not just an odd mix of leftovers.There was also kid friendly plates/bowls/cups in addition to the adult offerings.The internet is fast and reliable. The TV is new and large.

Excellent stay at Sweet & Salty!! We absolutely loved it!!

My husband and I enjoyed this property very much. Lisa is an amazing host. She was very responsive to any needs we had. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated and clutter free. We had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the bikes, which we rode every day during our stay. It was especially fun to ride to the beach! Which was less than a mile away. We spent many hours enjoying the pool area. The pool heat remained consistent the entire stay. There were plenty of pool floatees and lounge chairs. The beds were comfotable. The kitchen was well laid out and had everything we needed.The laundry area was convenient. We cannot wait to return.

Sweet and Salty….All Sweet!

We like to sneak away from New England to somewhere warm right before the holiday season starts. This year we chose Naples FL and Lisa G.’s property was a perfect place to relax before the hustle and bustle starts up. I can’t say enough great things about Lisa and her hospitality. She was always available to assist with any questions or concerns. She also provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. While I know Lisa had many other things going on during our stay she made us feel like priority #1 for the entire stay. The house was perfect. Personally, I enjoyed the private heated pool the most. Plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun and a bunch of floats to keep the kids happy. It was very easy to get some AM beach time then go back in the PM for sunsets. My son enjoyed the slider off of his bedroom where he had direct access to the pool.The house is fully updated, extremely clean, and very spacious. All amenities you can think of are provided. Lisa has literally thought of everything.There is a fun fire pit area , a grill, and plenty of kitchen items if you wish to cook. Tons of linens and towels available to use. The location is great and in addition to the beach it’s very close to retail shopping and great restaurants. The best thing I can say is that in today’s world where everything feels “transactional” Lisa truly cares about her guests having everything they need and truly enjoying their stay! Thanks Lisa!
