Immerse yourself in serene coastal living at this Sunset Island townhome. Perfect for friends or families, this five-bedroom retreat boasts bay views and a bevy of on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools plus a kiddie pool, fitness center, a community park with an interactive fountain, a fishing and crabbing pier, three private beaches connected by a shoreline walking path. Pristine Atlantic beaches and Ocean City attractions are just minutes off the island.

Furnished for comfort, the four-story interior comes equipped with all the home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Designed for household living, the main floor features furnished decks off either side of the home and an open layout inviting group gatherings. Sip coffee and cocktails on one of the decks and enjoy casual downtime with shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The full kitchen comes appointed with all the major, stainless steel appliances for family-style meal planning, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the dining table can accommodate up to eight.

There is one bedroom and a shared, half-bath located on the first floor. An additional half-bath is also available on the second floor for household use. Three bedrooms, including a primary suite, occupy the third floor. Two guest rooms share a full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a private en suite complete with a separate tub and shower. One bedroom and a full bathroom can be found on the fourth floor. This bedroom also features a private balcony. TVs in every bedroom provide flexible entertainment options.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are as follows, Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31) = $100, Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $150, Summer (Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7) = $200, Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
