Why they chose this property
The property has been completely renovated in 2020. Spacious and secluded with 3.5 acres and water-frontage to enjoy . Fully equipped home with laundry, WiFi, stocked bathrooms, Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups, electric tea kettle, and heat pump/AC. Great for families, outdoorsy people and people looking for a quiet stay. The area is a fly fisherman's dream with some of the best rivers in the state minutes away. Golf courses, recreation, restaurants, & grocery 20-30 minutes away. Kayak, canoe, grill, and fire pit. 2 day min. Check out 10AM Check in 3PM.
The Camp:
Directly on the water deep water great for swimming. The pond is completely serene and quiet. Waterfront is a mostly rock with some sand. Large yard area with fire pit. Offers a lot of privacy. Water can be a bit rocky, water shoes are definitely a must!
Home is stocked with linens, pillows, bathroom towels, high quality shampoo & conditioner, k-cup coffee, some condiments and spices, dishes and silverware for up to 6, plenty of extra space if you need to add air mattresses, sleeps up to 6 as is with 1 queen, 1 fulls, and 1 full futon pullout.
