About this property
Lakefront On Smith's Cove On Bonney Point.
INCLUDES USE OF KAYAKS AND PADDLE BOARDS! NEW MATTRESSES!
Our lakeside cabin offers a perfect haven on Bonney Point and Smith's Cove. The cove provides calm waters for water activities such as swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. We have resident loons and beavers in the cove which offer wildlife entertainment. Enjoy water views from most rooms in the house and dining on the lakeside deck with a gas grill and dining table. Hammocks overlooking the lake and a private dock on the water invite you to relax and take in the beauty of the lake. We have two bedrooms both with new queen beds and upscale linens and down comforters. The sleeping porch has a double bed and the loft, accessed by a ladder, has two twin mattress. The cottage was rebuilt in 2005 and offers rustic charm with some newer amenities including an oversized shower in the and a new washer dryer for convenience. We are open to welcoming one well-behaved pet. For off-season, the camp is winterized with a gas heater as well as a wood stove.

About the host
Hosted by JACKIE DEGAN

We fell in love with Rangeley on our first visit and picked this camp as our wish. When it came up for sale a year later we bought it within a day. We gutted and redid the entire camp from floors to roofs in 2001 and spent every summer vacationing with our children. We just added a porch with a double bed in 2021. We are now empty nesters and have time to share the cabin with others. If you love the Maine Lakes, you will enjoy this spot for your vacation !!
