Large open kitchen dining and living room plan, Leads to front deck with views of Lake Louise and fireworks in summer, the back deck has a grill and seating for plenty of entertaining. Outdoor hot/cold shower and large lawn area, patio with firepit. two twin beds that can be made into a king on first floor with full bath and laundry additionally on the main floor.Second floor has master bedroom with king bed and huge bathroom with luxurious shower and a deck lets you relax while enjoying the views of the lake. Two more bedrooms on that floor one with a queen and crib and one with a king along with another full bath to share . The top floor with spectacular views has a double bed and two day beds. Only two blocks to the beach and the boardwalk..Walking distance to dozens of great restaurants, bars and shopping. Can walk or bicycle everywhere. Kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware. Wifi with large flat screen tv in living room, one in the master bedroom and one on the top floor. Dvd player and cd player. Towels, beach towels and sheets included.

Wonderful family vacation!

What a great place! Everything you could think of was in the house, baby items, towels, beach towels, beach chairs! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy! The house is immaculate and very comfortable. We watched the fireworks from the balconies,which was the perfect distance for children!Thia is very responsive and really ensures that you are having a wonderful stay.

I didn't think it was possible, but honestly the house was even better looking than the pictures! The rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated. Our extended family (8 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful time. The owner did a great job making sure the house was fully stocked with all the linens, towels, kitchen supplies we would need, even beach toys for the kids. Everything was super clean. High-end appliances and a huge smart TV (access YouTube or your Netflick account directly). One night on the back deck, we had a BBQ then watched the fireworks. Morning coffee was perfect on the front porch swing. The kids had fun in the back yard as well. Point Pleasant Beach is the quintessential Jersey Shore town where you can park your car and walk to everything: The beach, restaurants, rides, etc. Strongly recommend/

Great location and a great house

Communication with the property owner Thia was great. The location/size of the house was perfect for us which is why we picked it. There were no extra garbage bags, but Thia had someone drop some off. The appliances (dishwasher and washing machine) required non pod cleaners so make sure you bring some if you are staying there

Very clean and comfortable home in great location.

House was tidy and very nice decor. Beds comfortable. Home owner very nice and easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating. House is in great location - easy walk to beach & boardwalk. Didn’t need our car once we arrived. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay at the shore

We had a great time at Thia’s house. The location is central to everything - we were able to walk to Point Lobster/ Atlantic/ Offshore for lunch and dinner; Hoffman’s, Joe Leone’s, and town are a 4-5 min drive, and the boardwalk/ beach is a very quick walk (2 blocks). The boardwalk provided ample entertainment for everyone - no one complained of being board. Linens and towels were provided which meant one less thing for us to lug - and was much appreciated!

This house is beautiful; even nicer than shown. Because of the pandemic, not everyone felt comfortable visiting together. As a result, we were able to share this beautiful home with a number of relatives and friends for a few days each. My teenage granddaughters returned for a visit on my last night to say goodbye to their room (the attic "suite" perfect for teens).

We had a wonderful beach week in Point Pleasant. The house is terrific, even better than the pIctures. Our host Thia couldn’t have been nicer. We plan to return next year!

Beautiful and Spacious Home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean, well-cared for, and tastefully decorated. We especially chose this home over others because of the hardwood floors throughout. There's also a lot of natural light which also adds to the home's overall open, airy feel. The rooms were all a nice size and easily accommodated our group of 10 very comfortably. We especially loved the large master bathroom with luxury shower, the multiple decks, the front porch with swing, the large outdoor seating and all the well-cared for plants. The location was also perfect for our family. We loved being within a couple of blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It has one of the best boardwalks we've ever experienced and has something for everybody, of all ages. Thia, the homeowner, was very pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would highly recommend this beach home to anyone who's looking for a clean, spacious, and well-kept home to spend quality time with family and friends.

Great Stay! Amazing House!

I stayed with my family at Thia's house the end of August. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the pictures do not even do it justice. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and even if you have guests in the house for either a small get together or to stay the evening you will never feel like you are on top of each other. The house is also extremely clean and everything is practically brand new. The location of this house is also perfect, it is just a 5 minute walk to almost everything you can think of especially the beach, Jenkinson's and restaurants. Thia is also very accommodating, for she was able to make adjustments to our stay dates and any questions we had before or during our stay she answered almost immediately. We would definitely recommend staying in this house to anyone who is interested!

Perfect house!!

I first have to comment on the flexibility of the homeowner my schedule was tight for the end of July and I can only do certain days and she was very flexible, very accommodating ! I never booked through VRBO before and I was a bit skeptical of the whole process but this homeowner made me feel very relaxed and I knew that everything I needed was in the home!! She was also very easy to contact. The house is immaculate it is at a perfect location in point Pleasant, you can easily walk to beach, restaurants and the boardwalk! No need to move your car plenty of parking in the oversized driveway! The beds were very comfortable, and plentiful you can sleep at least 10 very comfortably, the closet space and everything about the home is very comforting! Show up with your clothes and a few essentials and your good to go! The oversized kitchen , dining area, and living room are all open to accommodate a large crowd and having the porch right off the kitchen makes it easy for extra seating. All the appliances including laundry room are top notch! The outdoor fire pit was a welcome surprise the kids really enjoyed making s'mores! It is a beautifully manicured property on a great block! My family and I look forward to returning to this wonderful shore home next summer!!
